At the Conference
Digital kiosks are scattered around the venue with an animated slide show to inform visitors of where presentations and other events are occurring.
Attendees can also pick up a welcome bag including a notebook, pen and informational brochure that doubles as a fold-out poster.
As the digital counterpart to the notebook, the app allows attendees to take notes or have AI listen and take notes for them and suggest questions to ask the speaker based on the information the AI received.
When visitors arrive, they receive a custom nametag. Having different colored lanyards and unique name tags–attendees, speakers, and sponsors are easily identifiable.
